In a world filled with distraction and division as well as tremendous innovation, knowing the truth of who you really are has never been so important.  This is what I call “understanding your soulful blueprint.”

Understanding your soulful blueprint clears the way for you to authentically live and enjoy your highest potential.  Simultaneously, through natural health and healing practices this path deepens and nourishes your relationships with others and helps you feel more connection to the world around you.

I am here to help you with this using timeless wisdom from the original AI (ancient intelligence!) so you can identify your gifts, understand why certain things are happening and how to manage them.  All so you can have the most sublime and intimate relationship with your life as it was meant to be.

I started practising yoga in 2000 and like a rolling stone gathering moss, I gradually assimilated and weaved into my lifestyle yoga’s sister sciences of Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology - wisdom systems that were never meant to be separated from one another.

This integration of ancient wisdom and practices supported me in navigating an intense 15 year career working in macro and commodity markets in London.

The birth of my first son in 2010 was a karmic event that amplified a deep knowing that this sole career path was not for me.

As my studies deepened in these wisdom systems I realised I needed to make the leap from working for a big corporation to creating a career and lifestyle that was more aligned with the person I discovered I truly was through these ancient lenses.

They gave me the clarity, courage, and support to make difficult decisions. To break free from work and relationships that were not for me and to help me to embrace all aspects of who I am.

They also guided me to a conscious love relationship with my husband 25 years after we first met.  And they supported me in having two more sons well into my late 40s and through the digestion of my own difficult childhood karmas.

I still love writing and talking about macro and commodity markets to reveal their truths and make them more understandable and relevant.

I live in a boisterous and joyful household with three young boys and my beloved, highly creative husband.  These ancient tools help me access the spiritual and mystical to better serve my practical reality, and this helps me to thrive while navigating the challenges and privileges of householder life.

My soul work is to be your guide to support you in experiencing the clarity, freedom and transformation I received through these timeless practices and traditions that will remain my guiding lights until I take my last breath.

I welcome you on this journey.

What Clients Say About Kate

To have found Kate has been one of life’s deep blessings… I knew something special would unfold and it did.The first meeting opened a pathway to reach me with gentle wisdom, patience and care. I felt held and understood and trusted that the treatment plan that was to follow was to fundamentally change my life… it did. I began to alter my relationship with life, my body, my mind and reconnect with myself. This complete shift achieved through yoga, Ayurvedic massage and nutrition was more than timely. I couldn’t have foreseen that over the next weeks I would lose a sibling tragically and now I know that the meeting with Kate was all part of the plan to gently and powerfully help me navigate it all. Kate will change your life..quite simply.

What started with learning yoga with Kate and feeling the power of movement in tough life situations, evolved through Ayurvedic suggestions of simple and subtle changes to what I ate & how I lived, to the point where I was able to come off all my thyroid meds. There was nothing complicated about it once I took the time to pause and create awareness. Kate will never fully understand the positive impact she has had on my life.

I have visited Kate for both Yoga and Ayurvedic consultations. Kate is welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. Each experience I have with her has been deeply beneficial and has improved my sense of well-being. In particular, I visited Kate for advice and guidance about my skin. I have been prone to breakouts of adult acne for years. Following the consultation, Kate provided me with a recommended food list along with herbal recommendations and food advice. I am absolutely delighted with the results and my skin has been clear for the last 6 months.
